This position will be one of four APPs providing inpatient coverage to the pediatric kidney and liver transplant programs, and outpatient coverage for the liver transplant program. The Pediatric Kidney Transplantation Program at Phoenix Children's Hospital began operations in 2002, and is the only active pediatric kidney transplant program in the state of Arizona. The program has performed over 200 transplants since inception and typically transplants 15-20 patients per year with outcomes meeting or exceeding expected projections.
