Prisma Health

Prisma Health, formerly Palmetto Health and Greenville Health System, is the largest not-for-profit health organization in South Carolina after Palmetto Health and the Greenville Health System merged in November 2017. The system includes six Joint Commission-accredited acute-care hospitals with 1,439 patient beds – Prisma Health Baptist Hospital, Prisma Health Baptist Parkridge, Prisma Health Children’s Hospital, Prisma Health Heart Hospital, Prisma Health Richland and Prisma Health Tuomey. In the South Carolina upstate region, Prisma Health also owns the former hospitals of the Greenville Health System.
