Doctors Community Medical Center makes career growth and advancement a priority for our nurses. We offer a Nurse Residency Program (NRP) with education and support for your first year of nursing and opportunities for developing your future goals as a professional nurse.

NRP is offered each February, June, August and October.  We offer Nursing Graduate opportunities in a variety of specialties to include:
