Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Manage the organization's servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and business applications.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all IT systems.
- Lead and mentor the IT support team, providing guidance and professional development.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Implement cybersecurity policies, conduct security audits, and manage data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate software and hardware procurement while managing vendor relationships and IT budgets.
- Support game development teams by maintaining development environments, version control systems, and collaboration tools.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company platforms.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and technology improvements with minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant data protection regulations.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies that can improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, firewalls, endpoint protection, and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and technology procurement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience supporting software or game development teams is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified, or Cisco CCNA.
- Understanding of game development workflows and collaboration platforms.
