Personal Summary

For the longest time, I told myself I played this game “casually.” No pressure. No goals. Just vibes. But one day, for reasons I still don’t fully understand, I decided: Today, I’m going to play seriously. No multitasking. No autopilot. Full focus.

Work Experience

And honestly? agario did not care about my intentions at all.

This post is about that experiment — what happened when I tried to treat a chaotic casual game like a competitive one, what I learned from failing spectacularly, and why I ended up loving the game even more afterward.

What “Playing Seriously” Meant to Me

I didn’t suddenly turn into a pro. But I did change a few things.

No Distractions, No Excuses

No phone. No music. No second screen. Just the game. I wanted to see how much of my usual performance was skill… and how much was luck or half-attention.

Turns out? Attention matters. A lot. But not always in the way you expect.

Setting a Clear Goal

Instead of “let’s see what happens,” I gave myself one simple objective: survive as long as possible. Not dominate. Not chase kills. Just stay alive and grow steadily.

On paper, this sounded very reasonable.
