POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: The Chest Pain Program Coordinator Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a cost-effective system of care for heart patients and their families throughout the continuum of care. This position works both independently and in collaboration with the director of trauma/stroke/chest pain/heart failure accreditation, Chest Pain/Heart Failure Program medical director (s), and other members of the health care team and the management staff.
