The registered nurse apprenticeship program at Tidelands Health is a paid apprenticeship that provides in-depth educational and clinical experiences for student nurses. Tidelands Health is committed to helping student nurses gain valuable real-world health care experience that focuses on student growth in confidence, clinical care, compassion, and culture.
Students will engage in hands-on clinical learning, increase confidence by combining education with clinical practice, experience the importance of compassion in health care and become integrated into our Tidelands Health culture.
The registered nurse apprentice will work a maximum of 16 hours per month on a medical/surgical unit, partnering with an experienced RN preceptor”
Requirements:
Active enrollment in an accredited nursing program within 100 miles of hospital campus. Must be in senior year of a BSN program or have completed three semesters of an ADN program.
