Our hospital-based New Grad RN Residency Program offers a variety of nationally recognized curriculum. This innovative and evidence-based curriculum is delivered through a comprehensive 12-month program focusing on three areas critical to new nurse success: leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role. During your time in our program, you will consistently feel supported by leaders and nursing mentors who genuinely care about you and your goal to become the caregiver you’ve always envisioned.
We partner with our New Grad RNs to help them select which hospital and department is best for their career goals. With locations throughout Colorado, Kansas, and Utah, you will have many opportunities to be the nursing professional you’ve worked so hard to become. In our program, you will have the opportunity to rotate between day and night shifts, getting to know more about different unit cultures and team members. Our New Grad RN Specialty Pathways were created to help you transition from the classroom to thriving as a difference-maker while experiencing a fulfilling and rewarding career.
