- POSITION SUMMARY
- Provides specialty professional nursing care for a variety of medical and surgical patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation, and according to professional standards, state regulations, and in keeping with the health center mission. We get the opportunity to know our patients and the reward of building relationships!
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completed within the first 90 days of employment.
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse license

Salina Regional Health Center (SRHC) is a 393 licensed bed, comprehensive acute care, award winning, non-profit hospital with Level IIl Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Certifications. SRHC includes two 25 bed critical access Hospitals with Clinics, Tammy Walker Cancer Center, Hospice of Salina, Infant Child Development Center, Heart Center and Vein Clinic, Behavioral Health Center, Salina Regional Pulmonary Critical & Sleep Medicine Center, 2 Urgent Care sites, Salina Regional Clinics for Oncology, Neurosciences, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pediatrics, Family Physician Practices, Women’s Services, Occupational Health, Pulmonology, Surgical Services, Wound Care, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient Pharmacy, the Morrison House, Level II NICU, Sleep Disorders Center, Endocrinology, and Salina Regional Surgical Associates for nearly 2,000 employees and physicians.
