In this role as a Registered Nurse 2, you'll assist in the delivery of nursing and nursing related care to our residents. This includes monitoring and recording all aspects of care, passing medications, administering oxygen, suctioning and trach care, irrigations, colostomy care, feeding tubes, and more.
