Minimally Invasive Procedure Suites:
Consists of four labs: IR, neuro IR, cath lab, and EP lab. We cross train our nurses in all four (4) separate procedural rooms including General IR, Neuro IR, Cath Lab, and our EP Lab!
Neuro IR: Eskenazi Health Surgery utilizes a variety of surgical procedures. Use of this cutting-edge technology provides alternatives to traditional surgery and delivers precision in minimally invasive procedures.
Cardiac Cath Lab include: coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary interventions (stent placement, angioplasty including complex percutaneous interventions, rotablation and temp pacers), pericardiocentesis, and right and left heart catheterizations.
Electrophysiology (EP) procedures such as: EP studies and ablations, loop recorders, internal cardiac defibrillator (ICD) placement and cardiac resynchronization therapy, and pacemaker implantation and replacement, including His-bundle pacing.
