These locations provide Medicare and Medicaid nursing home care to honorably discharged veterans, including, in some instances, their spouses, widows, or Gold Star families.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse 4, you'll provide direct resident care to vulnerable veterans in need of skilled nursing care. This includes monitoring and recording all aspects of care, passing medications, dressing changes and treatment, etc.

The Veterans Services and Counseling and Wellness Divisions provide claims assistance as well as counseling services for veterans and their family members. And our State Veterans Cemetery honors veterans in their final resting place.
