Job Summary: Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nursing for Business Operations, this position is a key role in NBO combining both clinical expertise and business analytical skills to assist the Nursing Departments in maintaining efficient and effective operation. This role will oversee the coordination of clinical temporary agency personnel for the Nursing Department to ensure its smooth operation. In conjunction with Nursing Directors, provide continual assessment of temporary agency needs for all temps reporting in the Nursing Department.
Minimum Qualifications:

NYS License/Registration or eligible as a Registered Nurse. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree with a Master's in Nursing with three (3) years (minimum) of managerial/administrative experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and computer skills required.
