|Job Summary:||The Clinical Leader provides operations based support to the nursing unit and exemplifies the Upstate mission, vision, and values acting in accordance with Upstate policies and procedures. Provides consistent day to day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit that drives customer service, quality, and the Patient Experience. Participates in the Clinical Advancement Program and is an active member of the unit leadership team.|
Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State and two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area.
PACU experience preferred! ICU experience preferred. Must have at least 3 years acute care experience. Must have completed charge nurse orientation. Must be motivated to work in a fast paced team environment. Excellent communication skills required. ACLS on completion of orientation. Looking for a top-performer with solid knowledge of Pre-Operative and PACU/Recovery Nursing in a fast-paced environment that is driven to reach the highest quality and satisfaction outcomes for patients.
Monday-Friday evenings no holidays no weekends motivated individual

SG18- Based on experience + differential
