Job Summary: Materials Management Warehouse DC seeks a highly motivated, passionate, and driven individual to be the Clinical Product and Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist. Individual must understand medical uses for supplies and be able to quickly search for adequate substitutes and or replacement medical products. This individual would need to provide a quick turnaround time for approvals and notifications to the campus of product changes. Will perform the multitude of Distribution Supply Chain Operation Backorder activities ensuring the timely distribution of Medical and Surgical Supplies to OR, Endovascular/IR, Cath Lab, Pharmacy, Respiratory, etc and inpatient and outpatient departments. The individual would work in all the technology tools such as Tableau, Infor/Lawson, cycle counts, critical and stock on hand reports, PPE reports and both MMW and MMWCS inventories.
Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/registered (or eligible) RN, Bachelors degree in Nursing and three years post licensure clinical experience OR Associates Degree in Nursing and five years post licensure clinical experience required. Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, web searches, and materials databases/supply chain applications and uses.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with project management preferred.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
