| Job Summary: | Provides professional nursing care to patients/families and the community. Accomplishes this by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care. Specifically the Registered Nurse performs as a bedside nurse, teacher, medication nurse and care coordinator. The Registered Nurse exemplifies the Upstate mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with Upstate policies and procedures. |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
NYS licensed/registered RN. One year post-licensure clinical nursing experience in acute care. ACLS required. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required. |
