The Clinical Program Manager, RN under the Center for Global Health, this position is responsible for managing and guiding the International Patient Services team members, overseeing the Middle East liaison team, managing the day to day operations of this team and oversees the reconciliation process. Actively collaborates across all clinical departments and other members of the Center including the Medical Directors, Operations Program Manager and Revenue Cycle leadership.

Manages the day to day operation of the International Patient Services team including providing oversight to the MedChoice team. Engages and supports complex discharge planning for international patients. Provides case management for selective group of patients. Facilitates weekly referral meetings with the Clinical team and Medical Director(s). Conducts ongoing patient rounding. Supports development of an International Patient/Family Satisfaction survey.

Minimum experience required: 5 years of progressive clinical and operational experience within a pediatric acute care hospital required.

License and certificaiton required:

Active California Registered Nurse license required

BSN, BA or BS in Health-related field required

MSN or MBA preferred
