Job Summary: | Provides consistent day to day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit that drives customer service, quality, and the Patient Experience. Manages the orientation and on-boarding of new staff and the growth and development of current employees. Participates in the Clinical Advancement Program and is an active member of the unit leadership team. Experience consistent with specialty area preferred. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State and two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area. |

Recent peri op experience. |
Work Days: |
Full-time (1.0), M-F, Day/Evenings, plus on call rotation nights/weekends/holidays |
Salary Range/Pay Rate: |
Commensurate with Qualifications, based on acute care experience. |
