The Certified Nursing Assistant Trainee is a position within the CNA employment training program. The trainee will learn and gain the required clinical and customer service skills and knowledge to be successful in providing care as a certified nursing assistant. As the certified nursing assistant, one will provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse by assisting with activities of daily patient care, vital signs, serve meals, make beds and overall cleanliness of patient room, observe for changes in patient condition/behavior and ensuring patient safety. Upon completion of trainee course material, applicant will then apply and interview for selected CNA vacant positions within the organization.
Onboarding Begins July 18.
Classes Start July 21.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, strong work ethic, the ability to adapt to changes in nursing environment and assignments, be compassionate, pay strict attention to details, have quick thinking skills, be technologically savvy, and respectful.
